In partnership with Animal Human Advocacy and a licensed DVM we are working on bringing affordable vaccination clinics to McHenry County residents.

Option of 3 vaccinations and nail trim available.
Reservation required for guaranteed vaccination availability. Walk-ins will be taken as space allows.
Vaccinations available:
- Rabies 1 year $30.00 *McHenry County requires a rabies tag to be purchased at Animal Control. We will provide a DVM signed paperwork to provide MCAC with proof of vaccination for tag.
- rDAPP-LCGIP $20.00 *This is an 8-way vaccination that includes Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis, Coronavirus, Giardia, & Infectious Canine Hepatitis
- Bordatella $20.00 *Protects dogs against kennel cough
- Nail Trim $10.00
Package deal all 3 vaccinations & nail trim $70.00
In order to make a reservation you must provide credit card information for a hold. A minimum charge of $30.00 is required day of event. If you do not show up for your appointment on the day of the event your credit card will be charged $30.00
Click link below to access our online booking site to make your reservation. Select the date of the event June 8th then select service "Affordable Vet Clinic". Select the time you would like to schedule for and click continue. The next screen will prompt you to log in (if you are an existing client) or create an account. Please continue to follow the prompts until you click "SUBMIT REQUEST". You will receive a confirmation text message within 24 hrs when your appointment is confirmed. Be prepaid ahead of time
If you would like to print and fill out the required paperwork ahead of time click the link below to down the PDF. Paper copies will be available day of the event for anyone who did not fill it out ahead of time.
*Please do not email paperwork in, we will need a PHYSICAL COPY of the paperwork the day of the event
Day of event please arrive at your scheduled apt time, there will be a line outside the front door and we will direct traffic in & out to prevent dogs meeting face to face. When you are directed inside please go straight to the desk on the right side where you will receive further instructions.
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES
