When selecting a time for your service please remember baths & grooms are scheduled on the hour and half hour and nail trims and smaller services are scheduled on the 15s and 45s. We are unable to edit the times on apt requests so if you schedule at the wrong time we will have to decline the request and then schedule for the right time. BEGINIG JANUARY 1ST 2024 OUR NEW CLIENT POLICY HAS BEEN UPDATED TO REQUIRE A $30 DEPOSIT FOR NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL GROOMING CHARGES THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. PER OUR 24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY IN THE EVENT THAT A NEW CLIENT FAILS TO GIVE 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELATION OR NO SHOWS THE APPOINTMENT THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID TO THE GROOMER FOR LOST WAGES. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO SO WITH A MINIMUM 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CHANGES THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLY TO YOUR NEW APPOINTMEMT.
CAGE FREE ENVIRONMENT
We offer a cage free grooming environment for most dogs.
For dogs who are well behaved and social with other dogs they can hangout in our daycare area after grooming while waiting for pickup. Up to 1 free hour included with grooming.
*Dogs not pickup up within 1 hour will be charged daycare fees accordingly.
**Dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations to be in daycare.
Unfortunately dogs who are disruptive barkers, excessive markers or jump fences will have to be crated.
HAND DRYING
All dogs hand dried as long as they are tolerant of it.
Elderly dogs or dogs with behavioral issues will be attempted to hand dry as much as possibly but if it becomes to stressful for the dog they will be dried in the air drier as needed.
SERVICES
All services INCLUDE nail trim/grind, ear cleaning, brushless dental gel, and external gland expression.
Bath - wash and dry with shampoo of choice*
(see spa add-ons, additional charge may apply), dry, and brush out
Face Feet & Sani Trim
- all of the above plus trimming around the face, feet & sanitary areas
Light Trim - all of the above plus trimming on the head, legs and rear end
Heavy Trim - all of the above plus trimming on the neck, chest, all furnishings, and undercarriage
Full Groom - all of the above plus a full body haircut
Show Grooming (Kris ONLY) - Kris specializes in poodles, PWDs and spaniels but offers many AKC & UKC breed specific show trims.
Show trims are $85/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
We have NO size or breed restrictions, although based on the temperament of your dog and for very large or difficult dogs you will be required to book at a time when there is additional help available for the safety of your dog and our groomers. * Additional charges may apply

Deskunking Treatment - Skunk-Off soaker, Skunk-Off Shampoo & Skunk-Off leave in deskunking spray work to remove skunk spray oil from your pet's coat.

*If your dog is sprayed by a skunk DO NOT GET YOUR DOG WET blot with a paper towel to remove excess oil and then apply dish soap to affected area and let sit until we can get them in to wash (or wash at home) ADDING WATER WILL PUSH THE OIL DEEPER INTO YOUR PET'S SKIN AND HAIR FOLICLES MAKING IT MORE DIFFICULT TO REMOVED. THE SOONER THE DESKUNKING TREATMENT IS APPLIED THE BETTER IT WORKS. WE CAN NOT GUARENTEE ALL OF THE SKUNK SMELL WILL BE REMOVED. We offer free deodorizing treatment add-on for a year after a deskunking treatment is applied. How long the skunk smell remains is dependent on many factors. We also sell Skunk-Off products for use at home.
Flea Bath - If live fleas are found on your dog a flea bath is REQUIRED. We use a pyrethrin based shampoo that kills adult fleas and inhibits egg growth. The shampoo has a 7 day residual,
we recommended applying a monthly topical treatment as soon as possible.
