BEGINIG JANUARY 1ST 2023 OUR NEW CLIENT POLICY HAS BEEN UPDATED TO REQUIRE A $25 DEPOSIT FOR NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL GROOMING CHARGES THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. PER OUR 24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY IN THE EVENT THAT A NEW CLIENT FAILS TO GIVE 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELATION OR NO SHOWS THE APPOINTMENT THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID TO THE GROOMER FOR LOST WAGES. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO SO WITH A MINIMUM 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CHANGES THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLY TO YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT.
