PER OUR 24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY IF A CLIENT FAILS TO GIVE 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELATION OR NO SHOWS AN APPOINTMENT THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED A $30 FEE TO BE PAID TO THE GROOMER FOR LOST WAGES. ALL APPOINTMENTS RECEIVE A REMINDER TEXT AND EMAIL 4 DAYS BEFORE. IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE CALL OR TEXT US AT LEAST 24 HRS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
